Our frozen gluten free pizza dough balls make perfect home made pizzas easy!
Simply defrost and you are ready to press out and create your own masterpiece!
The gluten free balls are not stretchable like our other doughballs. They need to be pressed out and molded into shape. We do it on a heavy frying pan after dusting with lots ofgluten free flour. and cook for 3 or 4 mins to set the base before topping and cooking.
We also do pre made bases which make it easier!
210g dough ball which makes a 9" pizza.
